Sweet malty nose with a solid nutty flavor though the house yeast strain tends to intrude somewhat. Farmer Brown is black cherry color with a finish like burned walnut shells though a breath of malty sweetness makes a late and welcome appearance. Worth a try if you looking for a casual brown ale.
