On tap at the Tide & Boar: Murky yellowish color. Creamy 1-2 finger head. Good legs and swirl reaction. Flavors of pineapples, tangerines, sweet barley, brett yeast, butter, caramel, with floral and herbal hops. Slick and oily medium body with a moderate crisp. Strong strength finish, bitter tropical hops, a bit wheathy and some straw, with some sharp citrusy yeast effect. Also slightly ripe, piney and grassy. Can't really call this a cross Saison, more like an IPA with some brett yeast added, and it doesn't feel much balanced too. Freshness is okay but lacking. Overall good quality craft.
