Golden haze, grapefruit, slight leafy pine, more citrus and grapefruit zest. Mild zesty bitterness, good carbonation, medium lighter bodied, easy drinking with a nice grapefruit smoothness but without a ton of bitterness.

12oz can purchased at Pilgrim's in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, for $2.39. No indication which version this is, but I'm assuming it's #6, which, per Untapped, was brewed with Citra hops. Canned on December 8, 2020, per the stamp on the bottom of the can. FWIW, the can label says it's 7% abv.

Poured into an IPA glass, this was an opaque, yellowish amber color, with a dull white head. Said head, roughly a finger's width, dropped somewhat quickly and left spotty lace.

Sappy, pineappley, tropical fruit nose. Also slightly oniony. Kinda fits my assumption this is the version brewed with Citra hops.

Fruity and sweet up front, with a slightly vegetal edge and a small amount of citric acid-like bitterness on the back end.

Medium bodied, with a soft mouthfeel.

Pretty good without being great. Glad to have finally had a BB beer. Hopefully, Pallet Jack shows up next. Been wanting to try that one for some time.

12oz canned early December poured into a nonic.

A: Murky dark gold pour with a small khaki head and minimal lacing.

S: Fantastic, juicy aroma that stands in stark contrast to the unattractive appearance; peach, apricot, tropical fruit, stone fruit, mango.

T: Nice fruity character and balanced sweetness with a moderate malt base that’s soft and fairly fluffy. Generic tropical fruit bowl, peach and stone fruit, some mango and papaya. Juicy and delicious.

MF: Smoother body, lighter side of medium, at 7% the alcohol is invisible. Very little bitterness.

O: A really nice NEIPA, unique as well - I believe this is single-hopped with Citra and the tropical fruit character is delicious.
