Presentation: Draft, served in a pint glass.
Appearance: Develops a bubbly, one finger head that goes away quickly. It has a beautiful, crystal clear gold color.
Smell: It's a musky caramel malt and grain scent. Very pleasant.
Taste: A strong malt and bready grain backbone with just the right hint of hoppy bitterness. A taste profile exemplary of the style.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied with medium carbonation. It's refreshing and goes down easy.
Overall: Amazing how a small brewery from rural Puerto Rico can produce an "Oktoberfestbier" that can duke it out with Deutschland's finest. Color me impressed.
