Presentation: Draft, served in a pint glass.
Appearance: It's a beautiful clear yellow color with a one finger head. Great lacing that sticks to the entire glass.
Smell: The sweet malt and floral hop scents are intermingled in just the right amounts to produce and amazing smell.
Taste: Just like the nose, it's an almost perfectly executed mix. The hop bitterness sticks out a bit more in the palate though.
Mouthfeel: Medium bodied but light and refreshing.
Overall: An excellent kölsch and an overall great beer. The Puerto Rican beer scene is lucky to have Zurc Bräuhaus' robust arsenal of quality beers local and readily available.
