Presentation: Draft, served in a pint glass.
Appearance: The bright white, one finger head goes away pretty quickly and leaves behind a thin ring that stays until the end and some lacing in small spots. It's a slightly hazy, bright gold color.
Smell: It's sweet and grainy with warm and earthy aromas of bread, hay and malt. A slight pine funk shows up in the background as well.
Taste: It's sweet and malty. There's warm, freshly baked bread, honey and a hint of toffee. A very faint herbal note comes through in the finish.
Mouthfeel: It's very smooth, refreshing and light but it has substance. Carbonation is low.
Overall: A rich, malty and flavorful beer that still stays refreshing and perfect for warm, humid, tropical weather. Even though it's quite simple, it doesn't get boring.
