Dreamed up over thirsty treks high up in the mountains in search of our inner spirit animal.
This XPA is brewed for sessionability in the wild. A little easier on the ABV but still packing plenty of punch with forward hop flavours of stone fruits & passionfruit to refresh & delight.

L: This one is a hazy pineapple juice yellow in the glass. There's a small, bright-white head but no carbonation is visible in the glass.
S: Not a lot here other than some mild lemon citrus.
T: Wow - for a mid-strength beer this shows a surprising depth of flavour and far more than expected from the nose. There's moderate grapefruit and orange peel and pith, and lemon in the aftertaste. The bitterness is moderate and the finish is sweet and lingering.
F: Mouthfeel is soft and pillowy and does a good job of enhancing the beer.
O: This is a really good, mid-strength beer. There's no explaining the purchasing habits of the Australian beer drinker (except the obvious answer of easy availability...) when this is compared to the top-selling beer in Oz, which is also a 3.5% mid-strength beer. This beer is markedly better than that one in every respect. Go figure.
Cheers!
