Time shall unfold...we love this simple yet profound phrase from Shakespeare's King Lear and the notion that time is always unfolding the stories of our lives. These stories forge a unique path and only time will tell where your path will lead you.
This IPA is brewed with Cascade, Columbus, Idaho 7, and a whole lot of Citra hops. It offers up loads of citrusy flavors of ruby red grapefruit and orange peel with tropical undertones of papaya, carried by a drinkable bitterness.
TASTING NOTES: Citrusy, Hoppy

Misidentified as 6.2%, label says 6.6%. Picked up a four pack of cans at Luke's Liquors for about fifteen dollars. My thirtieth brew from these guys. Very good.

East by Northwest has become my go-to fridge IPA. It’s beautiful, and with these expectations in mind I picked up a couple crowlers of Time. Another great beer that provides a welcome (and rare) PNW profile in MA.
Copper gold hue with a white cap of foamy head. Cloudy, not clear or hazeeeee but closer to the former than the latter.
Aroma is leafy green hops - pine, orange zest, pith with a slightly floral and grassy element. Fresh fauna.
Taste is pine, melon, orange rind, grapefruit and a touch of tea. Crackery malt is noticeable and complementary.
Finishes with a crisp snap after a clean pull. Dry and slightly zesty. Great beer.
