Clear, dark ruddy brown. Small, dense, persistent head.
Strong aroma and flavor of roasted barley and dark chocolate.
Palate is dry and bitter like a Guinness dry stout, with only a hint of malty sweetness.
The finish is clean with some lingering bitterness.
You may like this if you're a Guinness dry stout fan,
but found it had too little malt sweetness to balance the bitterness of the roasted barley.
