Cold IPA
Brewed in collaboration with our friends from Cushwa Brewing Co., Williamsport, MD, Fractal Rock is our second COLD IPA ; an emerging IPA style that originated on the Pacific Northwest.
Building upon lessons learned in Frozen Fractals, our first Cold IPA, we modified and increased the dry hop to amplify the funky & fruity aromas that come from the lager yeast used in fermentation. The results are saturating aromas of overripe pineapple, syrupy fruit cocktail, mango, and papaya - that transform on the palate to a clean, crisp, pine more atypical of a classic West Coast IPA.
