Poured on 8/28/2024 from a 16oz can into a nonic pint glass.
A: The beer is a hazy dark yellowish gold color, with a medium white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick but spotty lace on the glass.
S: The aroma contains strong coconut, juicy citrus & tropical fruit, floral & slightly dank hops and caramelized malts.
T: The taste likewise starts out with a strong sweetness from flavors of coconut, citrus and tropical fruit. Then a strong but not over-powering floral and slightly dank hops bitterness comes in. The malt character is hearty but not too heavy and brings a very good balance. The after-taste is slightly sweet and slightly hoppy.
M: Crisp and very smooth, medium body, medium carbonation, finish is slightly sticky.
O: Very tasty, goes down quite easily, not too filling, good kick, very good representation of style. This is a very solid NEIPA to drink for a while.
