Brewers notes : Eagerly anticipated each September, our Festbier is brewed using a traditional recipe of Vienna and Pilsner malt and Hallertau Mittlefruh hops. The result is an exceptionally well-balanced beer with notes of light toast and biscuit. A touch of sweetness with a clean dry finish.
Clear copper liquid , active carbonation streams , three finger fluffy off white foam cap , occasional lacings
Aroma is malts, biscuity
Taste is malty, toast, biscuity
Clean, crisp mouthfeel , hop kiss on the finish
Good beer

Had on tap at Plymouth. Pours clear, copper in color with minimal head. Taste is big mineral with bread. Light body, moderate low carbonation, slightly bitter. Too much minerals, not enough bread. Had better.
