This beer is certainly not retired! (10/10/2011)
The idea behind this beer is very good. Added elements in this beer are: honey and elderberry-blossom.
Last summer I was in Austria. In the supermarket I was surprised to see the many lemonades they drink. And within that: many sorts of elderberry-blossom-lemonades. A very popular, flowery taste. And I love it too.
The idea is good, but the way it turns out is not really a success.
The smell is okay, but the taste has not enough hop to make me happy; the carbonation is a bit slack.
