Tap pour at the taproom. Served chilled in a 10oz straight wall glass.
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. White fine bubble head. Leaves behind short lacing strings.
Aroma of tangy wheat malt and sour apple.
Taste has flavors of tangy wheat malt, banana, cloves, and green apple. Yeasty in the aftertaste.
Medium mouthfeel. Coats the mouth but has a crisper finish. Good carbonation.
Lacks the unfiltered cloudiness for style but has decent flavors. Odd nose.

From a crowler (picked up at the brewery last weekend after apple
picking) into a wheat glass, pours a darker honey amber than expected, with a 1 finger thick white head that subsides quickly. Nose has plenty going on but it is a little muddled: faint banana, substantial but kind of dull powdery clove, a little wet fall garden earthiness. Taste follows, with even less banana and more earthy depth...doesn’t seem quite as muddled. Little spicy zip comes in on the end. Feel is ok...fairly substantial but not heavy, carb is on the low side. Happy to have this one...far from perfect, but Some nice features. An early effort from a brand new brewery in small town MN, and well played!
