Appearance: Pours a completely clear, pale golden color with a moderate white head. SRM of 7. (3.75)
Aroma: Mild aromas of pale malts, cracker, some bread. (3.75)
Flavor: Moderate flavors of pale malts, some cracker, bread. A slightly sour/fruity yeast note lingers for a second, but then fades. (3.50)
Feel: Medium-bodied, lower carbonation. Mildly sour/fruity yeast notes linger among the pale malts. (3.50)
Overall: Decent American Lager. A touch of the sour/fruity yeast notes that I got from their Dozinky Pils which was completely spoiled. Maybe a touch of that here. Otherwise pretty standard, but probably below average. (Rating: 3.58)
