Finally gonna say something about this cool little subsidiary of the one in Quebec. From what the newly hired taproom manager, Josh said, this brewery has financial ties to the one in Quebec but these guys are left to do their own beers which are pretty good to outstanding. Farnham -South Burlington definitely knows how to brew the darker beers. Their lighter stuff - some of it is solid and some of it needs some work. Also, Josh gave me and the two gals there a free tour, so that was a definite plus in my book. But for the most part, definitely a great vibe with the open left side view of the brewery, well kept all around and music kept at a solid yet soft low key sort of quality. Nice couches over in the corner. Service was excellent. I didn't have any food but they have some pretzels and other quick low key items. I'd go back. Also, I heard they open up the "garage" looking doors in the Summer facing the west, I bet that's a beautiful view at the end of the day watching the sun go down.

a neat place here, a sister operation to the one in canada, i never knew this was even here, i think its pretty new still, totally quiet inside on a sunday evening when we visited, real close to the burlington airport. open air feel in here, lots of bright natural light, a smallish taproom, maybe room for no more than 30, and that would be tight. very obviously a working brewery with kegs and equipment around, everything looks and feels brand new. mellow energy, excellent and friendly service, and some really solid beers, apparently all their own recipes here, separate from the canadian operation in that way. they didnt have a huge list, but i liked all of them that we tried. the pooh bear honey porter was hand down my favorite, but i also enjoyed a hazy ipa, a very sour key lime gose, and a milkshake type with vanilla. not a real robust selection, but still something for just about everyone i would think. a real relaxed place to drink a modern brew, glad they are in town. its real convenient before a flight or right when you land. clean and bright space, very solid beers. maybe not unique enough to stand out in the increasingly crowded vermont scene, but i liked what we drank in here a lot.
