V-Really cool vibe for such a remote area. The brewery is kind of hidden in the back of other shops in the area, but once you go in the vibe is pretty solid. Holds a good amount of people with an interesting separation between the bar and restaurant.
Q-The quality is very solid. They have a wide arrange of interesting beer.
S-Decent service. There weren't many people working at the time with a slightly large crowd but they were solid so I guess that shows that they are decent.
S-Solid selection with plenty of options on tap.
F-Food was super good. A full restaurant and menu of foods that complement the beer.

This place really accentuates the most beautiful region in Oklahoma. The pizza was really good thin crust pizza. I loved it, my 5 and 7 year old loved it, and it was even still really good heated up the next day. Great quality.
Now to the beer. I got a flight and enjoyed it. My first impression was that they were all decently good. But I think flights sometimes can muddle the tasting experience. By the end of my samples of the Gentleman Jackalope IPA and the Crumpet Brown ale, I started thinking, 'Man, I would like to enjoy this again.' I also got the Oak-aged MFB and the Nitro Oatmeal Stout, which were both solid. I came back before the trip was over and bought a 6-pack of the Gentleman Jackalope and have had 2 of them at home since. The nose on those are so good and just a great balanced-body IPA. Reminds of the quality of beer out on the West Coast. It's a bit preliminary, but I am thinking I would put this as the best brewery in Oklahoma. And that is not bad as a lot of interesting options have opened in Tulsa and OKC over the last few years. I hope to start to see Mountain Fork in Tulsa liquor stores.
