On tap at The Brass Tap, Cedar Falls, IA; served in a 5-ounce snifter. Light pinkish amber in color, with a bit of snow-white head. Good retention and lacing. Pleasant aromas of orange and cranberry juice, with a slightly floral overtone. These carry through to the palate, with a bit of tartness. Light in body, with a citrus-zesty and lightly bitter note on the finish. Highly recommended.
