On tap at the stubborn goat, 4oz taster: Black opaque color. Flavors of bell pepper, chocolate, coffee, dark grains, walnuts, pumpkins, and herbal hops. Milky medium body with a soft crisp. Medium strength finish, highly peppery with a light chalk and pleasant roasted feel. Great balance and the alcohol is well hidden. Interesting mix of spices, nice milky feel, but would of liked more pumpkin flavors to it. Overall very good quality craft.
