Sticky Thump is a beer hopping experiment.
We brewed an American IPA with a touch of lightly kilned Vienna and malted wheat as our base for both variants.
We then used the same hops (Centennial, Amarillo, and Mosaic) and distributed the hopping during the brewing process to produce two unique experiences.
Sticky Thump: Black was hopped more frequently during the brewing process to provide very assertive hop character. Very bright, piney, and resinous hop character throughout.
Dry hopped primarily with Centennial and Amarillo for sticky hop resin, and light citrus peel.
