Thanks Spence.
Growlette to tulip.
The appearance was a crisp bright golden color with a small white foamy cap of a head swiftly sliding off. Sturdy transparency to the color of the body. Some messy lace from the head.
The aroma had a wonderful blend of sweet hoppy oils, some grassy notes, danky sweet onion, light garlic, and ended with some sweetgum tree.
The flavor yields to the sweet and danky hop oils. Light sweetgum tree bark coming out. Slight aftertaste of sweet danky hop oils with a touch of garlic.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV felt close to what was projected. Finish was oily and slightly smooth.
Overall, very nice DIPA by Township 7. Now I feel the need to visit this brewery.
