From the growler via Jungle Jim's Eastgate in a snifter. Multiple finger snaps rise to a
brown tinged opaque with a medium head of off white foam that subsides to a thin ring
thin light layer, and a showcases some light sudsy lacing. Subtle aromas of coffee, dark roasted
malts, and chocolate abound in a crescendo of crashing waves of sadness.....oops....lost in the "coffee
house" moniker.....subtle notes of char and light cream also present themselves. Flavors exceed the
nose with dark roasted goodness and moderately rich coffee mingling nicely with cocoa and char
descending into an abyss of light toffee and lightly astral cream akin to the wings of a praying mantis....
darn-it....coffee house again. Very nice mouth feel; medium full body, medium light carbonation, and
a light coffee note that makes one snap their fingers multiple times in accord to the traditions of coffee
house jazz.
Slammin and groovy man, quaff-able and lightly sublime.
Far out.
Cheers
Sigh...back to reality.
