Pours an unfiltered light golden color with a sudsy white head that leaves ringlets of lacing. Looks great in the glass.
The nose features mango and pineapple for the most part, and there's some melon as well, and those notes are carried forward to the taste, with minimal bitterness.
The mouthfeel is medium and extremely dry, making for a very quaffable IPA.

I’ll be brief. This is the first brut ipa I have had. It is very interesting. Very light, very fruity (pineapple, melon, citrus, mango) on both the nose and palate, dry, little to no bitterness, and easy drinking. Hard to believe this beer is 7.0%. Would drink this heavily on a hot summer’s day.

12oz can
Served in a perfect pint glass
This beer pours pale yellow with a slight haze. It is topped with a couple inches of white head that leaves nice lacing.
Earthy and funky aroma. Very funky with underlying citrus.
Citrus with some dank funk.
Medium bodied with a light, dry mouthfeel
Not a fan of brut IPAs. I am a fan of Bootsy Collins though.

Pours a pale straw color with a finger of fleeting uneven white head.
Aroma is citrus peel, pineapple, a little bit of pine.
This beer is kind of strange. There is very little malt detectable. It is very dry and there is very little bitterness. It is all hops and every sip tasted slightly different.
Medium body with low carbonation.
Overall this beer is pretty tasty and refreshing but not something I would purchase regularly.

12 ounce can, canned on 12/11/20. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a slightly hazy gold color with about an inch white head that stuck around for a while. There's a decent amount of lacing. The brew smells like citrusy (citrus peel, lemon, tropical fruit) hops and bready malt. I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some honeydew melon, white grape and pineapple flavors noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is medium, it's a bit slick with a good amount of carbonation. Overall I liked this brew, although I hope to try it fresher next time. Worth a try!

Good, but not very interesting IPA, from this brewer. Easy to drink and the modest ABV is well hidden. I think they are donating some money to a Boost charity, so for that I say "kudos!"

Reviewed from notes...noteses. I wasn't paying attention and reviewed two cans from the same pack (I think a six-pack, but I'm not certain) that I purchased at the brewery on 12/26/19. Tasting notes were fairly similar, though scores were somewhat different. Higher scores were given on the later consumption date, interestingly enough. Anyway...notes below are a bit of a mishmash between the two experiences.
Cracked a 12 oz. can on 12/31/19, and again 2/2/20. I was disappointed to notice that the cans were dated 10/11/19, but since I bought them at the tasting room it's their own damn fault. Both times, poured into an El Catador Barrel Aged glass.
A: Mildly hazy light gold, with a finger's worth of white head. A good amount of visible carbonation, and good head retention.
S: Melon and tropical fruit. Light cracker malts, lemony citrus, some stone fruit. Lemon-lime and citrus rind. Maybe a mild pineapple. I would guess New Zealand hops here, but have no knowledge of that.
T: Follows the nose - citrus pith and lemon zest, tropical fruits and pineapple. Mango, melon rind, pale crisp cracker malts. More juicy citrus, melon, and pineapple rind. Moderately bitter in the hang with citrus and melon rind.
M: A crisp nimble body, without being watery. Good carbonation sensation. Low alcohol flavors.
O: Better than a local standby...though maybe not quite outstanding. But crisp, quaffable, and a nice balance between juicy and bitter. Enjoyable.
