From the growler via Growler Stop in a snifter. This fine brew pours
a deep blackish brown with a modest head of khaki foam that subsides
to a thick ring with subtle lacing. Nose of graham and bourbon with
hints of vanilla and cinnamon with some dark brown sugars. Flavors
exceed the nose with bourbon and vanilla with faint oak and a
definite graham cracker mingling with light cinnamon and
brown sugars with a faint hint of mint. Nice mouth feel; full
body, smooth, light carbonation, lightly coating, and a rich
bourbon and graham finish that is subtly dry.
Overall, a solid little brew from a great little brewery!
Cheers

Had on tap. Either super dark brown or light black depending on lighting with a finger of mocha foam. Smell has dark roast coffee and dark chocolate within the bourbon and oak. Taste is exactly the same with some light biscuit flavor, maybe graham cracker, and some light vanilla. Feel is drier and lighter than expected, but this helps the flavor profile be more dexterous, light barrel though.
