Strawberry beer on a hot summer day, what else would a red head drink? Fretboard pays tribute to country music's favorite red with a strawberry blonde ale that's perfect for everyone's hottest summer day.
Reba comes at us with a pale and peachy golden hue that shares the slightest shimmer of blush. As the beer floats a modest eggshell froth, the beer's scent is soft with summer berry, light cereal, floral honeysuckle and a mild fresh herbal scent. Lightly juicy with malt, the early sweetness is supple with cereal, light honey and fructose with a mild fruit tart character.
Strawberries take the early lead on the middle palate, and do so with that bold strawberry identity with hints of cranberry and rhubarb not too far off. As the strawberry's identity wanes, the sweeter cereal character begins to tighten into a crsip, malty and slightly grainy late taste decorated with floral and spicy hops for a subtle balance.
Light, creamy and crisp, the beer finishes off-dry and with a crisp grain sweetness and the faintest of hop bitterness. Its quick aftertaste is outlasted only by a return of strawberry on the aftertaste.

Thanks Richard and Alanna.
A: a peachy pink color with a white head.
S: smells like strawberry jam on toast. Maybe with a little white wine.
T: lightly fruity, with strawberry notes.
M: cool, crisp, and light.
O: overall this drinks more like a wine cooler. Very refreshing, and light, but there's also not a whole lot of flavor. I feel like this would be very popular amongst college freshman.

12 ounce can, canned on 05/12/20. Served in a pint glass, the beer pours a clear orange color with a reddish tinge to it, along with about an inch off-white head. Head retention and lacing are both OK. The brew smells like strawberry candy and grainy malt. Taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also a bit of vanilla flavor noticeable too. Mouthfeel/body is light, it's smooth and easy to drink with a moderate amount of carbonation. I think this is a refreshing summer brew, although the artificial strawberry flavor started to wear on me after a while. With that being said, I wouldn't buy a sixer of this but I'd get a can or two here and there and drink it on occasion.
