12oz can with no freshness dating, the brewery usually places a tag on the 6pk holder.
Purchased a single at the brewery 8-17-20, opened 8-22-20.
2 finger white head - dense and creamy with very good retention.
Pale golden-orange and fully opaque. Thick, sticky rings of lace.
Oranges and doughy malt. Good, fresh aroma.
Lots of citrus flavor, zingy/vivid flavors.
Oranges (bitter pith/rind), tangerines, and a hint of lemon on a bready malt base.
Medium to full body, low carbonation and soft, smooth mouthfeel.
Moderate bitterness. Zesty, hop juice filled and semi-sweet finish
Very Good.

Poured from a can into a snifter
Appearance – The beer pours a hazy orange amber color with a one finger head of puffy white foam. The head has a great level of retention, slowly fading over time to leave rings of foamy lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma of the brew is strong of a sweet tangerine and orange smell mixed with aromas of some tropical fruits of mango and a touch of papaya. Along with these aromas are some smells of a light grapefruit and grassy hop as well as a bit of a doughy smell.
Taste – The taste begins much less sweet then I would have anticipated from the nose. The taste begins with a very bready taste mixed with some herbal hp flavors and a touch of a grapefruit. As the taste moves forward there comes even more bready malty flavors with some more bready tastes as well as some doughy flavors. At the same time some more herbal hop as well as some grass and yeast hit the tongue. The sweetness upfront gets a touch stronger as well, leaving one with a nice dank, somewhat malty taste to linger on the tongue.
Mouthfeel – The body of the brew is on the thicker and chewier side with a carbonation level that is rather low. For the mix of bready, dank, and citrus/tropical fruit the feel is pretty nice and creates a nice thicker media for all the flavors to be well appreciated.
Overall – A rather tasty and highly drinkable NEIPA. A fun one to try!!

This juicy bomb of Hazy goodness is worth checking out! It has enough hop bitterness to balance out the explosion of fruit on the front end! Highly recommended.

It looks like a very juicy New England Style IPA. It smells like a juicy NE style IPA with strong citrus aromas especially the orange although the bartender touted grapefruit. It also had a fair head to it. The taste is slightly disappointing in that the orange doesn’t come through but the grapefruit does and it goes flat for me fast. It’s low bitterness makes it palatable but I there is better out there. It’s easy enough drinking and smooth. But overall the “Everything Rhymes With Oranges” is what I’d be looking for. I like the drink local mantra but it’s gotta be good. Keep trying. Be National.

I tried this at the Grapevine location. It poured a clear golden with white head that left some lace. The scent had faint bitter hop. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with malt and bitter hop combo. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a decent beer.
