Very tasty and enjoyable, a crisp spicy version of a Belgian witbeer.
Definitely can taste the lime (as promised by the label) but also lavender --- a combination I never considered before.
Light golden but very hazy with a white head.
I bought this as a solo can from Central Market in Southlake, Texas and poured it into a pint glass. I wish I bought a six pack instead because it is a really good.

Remedio Southwest Wit from Hop and Sting. On room temperature shelf at Total Wine, Selma, TX. $2.15 (Including tax)/12 oz can ($ 0.180/oz). Stored at home at 42 degrees. Reviewed 14/6/21. Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Undated can. Served at 43.8 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 49.8 degrees.
Appearance – 3.
First pour – Pale Straw (SRM 2), clear.
Body – Straw (SRM 3), slight haze. When rear-lite, translucent.
Head – Average (Maximum 2.5 cm, aggressive center pour), white, medium density with rocks, fizzy, virtually no retention, diminishing to a 0.5 mm crown, and no cap.
Lacing – None.
Aroma – 3.25 – Begins with refreshing but very weak herbal-ness, no malt, no yeast.
Flavor – 3.5 – Begins refreshing and herbal with no malt, no hops, no yeast, and no ethanol (5.3 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl.
Palate – 3 – Thin, watery, lively carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 3 (After deducting 0.25 point for undated personal container) Seems like a weakly hopped pale ale – lacking in both aroma and flavor to be a witbier. Would be a good lawnmower brew.

12 fl oz green can:
Flaked wheat. Clove. Lemon. Spicy Belgian ale yeast. Cracked coriander.
Ticks all the boxes and boasts good balance. A drinkable if forgettable witbier.
High C+ / ABOVE AVERAGE
