This Blonde ale is not your traditional pub blonde. She is copper in color and showy of her bread, toasted malt, and honey notes. While hopping is reserved, her Fuggle and Willamette additions give pleasant notes of young wood and earth. Even a hibiscus flower is there to accent this beauty.

A: The beer is hazy yellowish amber in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high frothy off white head that left a large collar consisting of medium-sized bubbles around the collar.
S: Light aromas of biscuity malts are present in the nose along with hints of floral hops.
T: The taste follows the smell and starts off with flavors of biscuity malts, which transition to notes of floral hops and hints of toasted malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is quite malty but isn't that heavy on the palate. I liked the biscuity aromas and flavors.
