Clean, crisp and refreshing, with a subtle grainy malt character, brewed with noble German hops for a mellow, floral/grassy aroma. A perfect pizza pairing, and named for the building in which it is brewed.

One of better Kolsch beers I have ever tasted. Very smooth mouth feel, with sweat bread flavor profile hard to explain but excellent!

Kolsh Glass
Look: Dark straw yellow color, pouring a thin cap head which dissipated into a thin ring with light lacing
Smell: Doughy and sweet bread malt with some caramel, hint of citrus and gentle hops with a back note of yeast
taste: rich toasted malt with a low sweetness to it. Citrusy and floral hops without any bitterness. Finish is really clean and crisp leaving behind a light bread note.
Feel: Light-moderate mouthfeel with gentle carbonation. Crisp finish

(16oz can into tulip glass)
L: Pure gold in body, full white head. Recedes into a minuscule coating afterwards. Alright lacing for the style.
S: light notes of yeast and malt. Doughy. Slight aroma of hops in there but it’s a reach.
T: Definitely feel that malt foremost. Unfinished dough. Get more grassy hops here than the nose. Simplistic. Clean. Takes on some almost chemical notes if it gets warm, might just be me on that one.
F: Crisp. Light-medium bodied. Mostly a clean finish.
O: Decent. Got a 4-pack but I don’t think I’d get it again.

Poured from the can into a Gaffel branded stange glass.
Lather and thick rich white head, not too bright either growing a solid three fingers with quite a bit of retention. Body color is clear and a real nice dark brass appearance with some slow showing bubbles rising to the surface.
Delicious aroma. Fresh hints of baked bread and dough like malt. Slight hint of grassy like hop with a mild pungent note. The malt quality on this seems much more interesting than the yeast character, hinting towards excellent bakery pils quality.
Palate is delicious. Rich malt base without a huge sweetness, filled with a toasty hint of brown bread and crackery flavors. Popping hop lightness on the finish, through a simple supportive backbone, that isn't exciting but gets the job done. Clean like but with a hint of sulfuric minerality flavor just a touch that makes the beer more lively.
Excellent koslch example.
