Marginal IPA up front, can from the source. It's sippable with food, but a can is way too much. Smells better than it tastes. Deep yellow fizzy stuff.

On tap at The Brain. Review from notes. Citra, Simcoe and HBC1019 hops.
Appearance - Very hayz yellow gold brew with orange highlights. Finger plus of sparkling white head.
Smell - Tropical aromas but subdued. Peach is the most noticeable individual standout.
Taste - Citrus and peach makes for a nice combo. A touch of strawberry. Quite flavor and the strawberry makes this a bit more unique.
Mouthfeel - Juicy and crushable. Low carbonation and creamy feel. Presumably oats and wheat play a role in this.
Overall - Quite solid IPA that is juicy and hits the tropical elements fix as well. The peach aroma and flavor than upgrades Victory Lap beyond standard IPA fare.
