The big dog is back! We’ve taken our Nipper IPA and double dry hopped it with a generous amount of Citra and Motueka hops.

Growler from Fort Orange Brewing in Albany, NY.
This one pours a just mildly hazy dirty orange color, with a small head, and not much lacing.
This smells like fruit cup, pine, and malt.
There's not a lot to this one. I appreciate the local reference to the dog visible from the highway on the skyline, but I wish Nipper's namesake beer was more interesting. It doesn't necessarily taste bad, it's just kind of not there. There's a little bit of bitterness, a little bit of malt, and a fairly tepid hop character.
This is light bodied, slightly underattenuated/lightly carbonated, with a decent amount of drinkability.
I wanted to like this one more.
