Copenhagen 4/4 2019. 44 cl can from Mikkeller & Friends Bottle-shop, Torvehallerne, Kbh K. Can looks like bad graphic design from the eighties. Dromedar, pyramids with strange horizontal lines and a ominous pink hue.
Pours hazy, milky golden yellow with a big white head. Bubbly. Settles as thin layer of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the side of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, fruity, sweetish with a bitter, fermented twist. Light exotic fruit. Strong, sharp, fermented, citric odor dominating.
Light carbonation. Tingling, slightly thick, oily, soft texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and citric. Lingers for a while. Dry finish.
Quite aggressive for a NEIPA. But a pleasurable ride. And the can looks like something out of the Blade Runner movie. What's not to love?

Very hazy yellow. Nice white head
Big mosaic presence in the nose follwed by the citra.
In the taste you've got a big citra explosion with a finale on the resinous simcoe
The mouthfeel is smooth with a moderate carbonation
Great drinkability for this wonderful neipa
