Look: Jet black in the glass with a 1 finger dark tan head, can't see any carbonation rolling up the glass it's so dark.
Smell: Chocolate, Chocolate... and more chocolate. It doesn't lie about it's chocolatiness!
Taste: I think you know at this point. Very rich chocolate flavour up front, not much else from the beer, would prefer some coffee roast character to come in and support the chocolate too otherwise it's a bit one note.
Feel: Strongly bodied with light carbonation. Not a quick beer to drink.
Overall: a bit too 1 note I think to be a perfect imperial (I'd prefer more coffee to add to the flavour profile) another thing to note is the cans are now jet black and monochrome rather than what is shown on the site.
