Grape juice appearance with a thin pinkish head.
Delicious aroma with notes of red fruits, aired cake dough and chocolate. It sure fells like a red velvet cake.
Flavor with notes of sour grape, raspberries-strawberry, chocolate, faint vanilla and oats. Dry aftertaste with a mild bitterness.
Full body with appropriate low carbonation. Alcohol of 10% abv is completely absent.
Quite interesting beer. It really feels inspired by the red velvet cake, especially the nose. In the mouth, it feels more like a Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte or Black Forrest cake, which is made of cherries, whipped cream and chocolate.
