We marched our way down to Carol in HR and when we opened the door, what did we find? A Hazy IPA full of Idaho 7, Mosaic, Galaxy and Ekuanot Cryo hops!
It's our Christmas IPA that has little to do with Christmas. The Always Sunny Christmas episode is a must watch.

Copenhagen 28/12 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. Steel can with a red label with a manic looking guy wearing a Christmas cap and smoking furiously.
Pours opaque hazy golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as 1,5 cm thick layer of foam covering the surface of the beer. Crawling up the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a light odor of sweet Stone fruit mingling with a more aggressive citrus scent. Sweet peach and apricot. Grapefruit in abundance, lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter with a light sweet undertone. Lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Zesty Christmas beer.
