Santa Jaws came to visit us with a sprinkle of seasonal magic to festive-ise Fort Lauderdale. It's like chewing on a bag of Christmas oranges in winter with an alligator.

Copenhagen 15/12 2023. 44 cl can from Meny, Borups Allé, Frb. F. A Dinosaur with a Christmas cap on the can.
Pours opaque unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet fruity odor mingling with a tart, acerbic scent. Sweet orange and peach. Hints of Fanta. Tart gooseberries and currants.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tinging texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a light sweetness followed by a stronger tart sourness. Aftertaste is sharp and sour. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
A dry and tart Christmas greeting.
