Copenhagen 18/4 2026. 44 cl can from Beershoppen web-shop. Blue can with the name of the beer in white and gold and some balloons to keep up the good vibes.
Pours unclear golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as as thin and flimsy patch of foam . No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a light sweet odor of ripe tropical fruits mingling with sharp scent of citrus fruit. Tart and acerbig. Sweet pineapple. Grapefruit and citrus. Sour, tart gooseberries.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a slightly stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while, Finish is dry.
A tart celebration.
