Bought "to-go" from the Twickenham beer festival and shared with Robbeer on the train back to London town. This brew was an opaque dark brown/black colour with a tan head. The aromas were heavily boozy, spicy, and malty. The taste was quite boozy and malty. The mouthfeel was very full and rich, yet the drinkability was very good. A nice dutch beer for sure!

Quite a yeasty nose, sweet caramelly start. Yeasty finish, with a lot of alcohol showing. Some appley, plummy fruit, but too sweet and too much alcohol for me. Sticky mouthfeel at times aswell, makes it a bit more unbearable, but it does have a lot of flavour (bottle GBBF 03')
