No can date
Pours a very large fizzy foamy head that fades quickly, medium retention low lacing, very clear slight chill haze golden straw color
Nose nice gose out front, tart lacto funk and acidity, little lemony but big key lime aroma as well, big juicy key lime
Taste starts quite sour, tart lemony lacto creamy acidity, light malt and straw, doughy bread but not cracker, big key lime juice again, like pure juice dumped in, bringing a tart acidity of its own, dry sight bready finish, little flemmy with lingering acidity and tartness, lemon lime lingering. Juicy and tasty, with a bit of salt
Mouth is med to lighter bod, bright acidity and a little flemmy, lower carb
Overall this was pretty good, nice gose base with good salt and lacto sour acidity, nice juicy key lime, could benefit from a bit more carbonation though, the can is carbonated but it doesn't suspend well due to lack of proteins/malt
