No can date
Pours a large frothy 2.5 finger head with moderate retention, a fair soapy lacing, mostly clear slight hazy golden blond color
Nose fair cereal grain, straw, doughy pilsner malt, noble herbal floral hops, hint of a lemony citrus note
Taste soft doughy malt, cereal straw pilsner notes, fair sulfate, grainy-sweet malt, fair hop character with herbal floral noble hop notes with a little citrus, med bitterness turning to a crisp high spicy hop bitterness on the finish
Mouth is med bod, med-higher almost distracting carb, hint of astringency, soft lager
Overall not bad, a bit too much on the astringent side of the host and sulfate crisp bitterness, would like a bit more malt, otherwise nice
