NO can date
Pours a foamy 1/2 finger head with moderate retention, a bit of lacing, crystal clear golden honey blond color
Nose brings golden blonde malt, some vanilla and honey notes, sweet malt and a little malt extract syrup like note, hint of floral hop
Taste some cereal grain notes but more of the blonde sweet malt, bit of malt extract like sweetness but not sure if that's really in there, touch of floral herbal hop character, hint of minerals, lighter bitterness, dry semi crisp finish with a med spicy hop bitterness
Mouth is med to lighter bod, soft lager, med carb
Overall I guess it fits mostly within the style but doesn't bring that pilsner malt grainy-sweet malt up front, it's more like a blonde pale malt that is pretty boring, not a big hop presence but that's OK, it's a decent beer just not really what I expect from a true Helles
