The head is strong and fomented, reminiscent of liquified owl meat. With an air of sophistication, this Indian stout blends the familiar taste of barn cloves with olive juice and just a hint of fig meal for a distinctly unique experience. The kuatoberries really open things up, and the white garlic followup is a treat. Make sure to ask for serving in a large-mouth jar so you can really stick your whole hand in and move it around. The wetness of the liquid on your skin is a familiar but not unpleasant sensation. Wool and lemur scrotum provide a fantastic finish to an otherwise mediocre product.

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a hazy orangish with white head that is leaving some lace with major sediment. The scent had bitter citrus hop. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with bright bitter citrus presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a good beer.

Pours nice hazy orange, medium, slow-fading head, long-lasting lacing.
Taste is orange, perhaps a little pineapple, and pine. Mild bitter hoppy aftertaste.
Very nice example of the style, definitely a buy when I can find it.

16 oz can
Pours hazy orange. Head is coarse white, slow dissipation from a quarter inch down to sudsy lacing.
Mild aroma. Citrus, bit of cracker malt. Grassy notes.
Flavor of citrus, bread malts, zest, some earthy notes, and a grassy finish.
Medium body, light tingly carbonation on the tongue.
Refreshing and mild, this has a surprising hop bite in the aftertaste, moreso than is standard in this style. It's welcome as a differentiation. Drinks pretty easy. Good brew, could see myself looking for it again.

A: The beer is very hazy cloudy and a bit pale yellow in color. It poured with a finger high white head that died down but consistently left a thick coating of bubbles covering both the surface and the sides of the glass.
S: Moderately strong aromas of pineapples are present in the nose along with notes of herbal hops and hints of passion fruit.
T: The taste is similar to the smell, having balanced flavors of pineapples and herbal hops along with hints of passionfruit and pine. There is a faint amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied, rather juicy and a bit crisp on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: With light shades of bitterness and crispness, I would consider this to be 80% of a NEIPA and 20% of an American IPA.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours opaquely hazy deep golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, strawberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, strawberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/rind, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, strawberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/rind, wood, peppercorn, pine, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light honey/toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready/grainy, and fairly sticky/resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Minimal warming alcohol for 7.5%. Overall this is a fantastic NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/resinous/drying finish. Great soft feel and not aggressive. Fantastic Vic Secret, Galaxy profile. Extremely juicy, vibrant, dank, and earthy hops; with a nice sized wheat/oat/malt backbone. Mild residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstanding spot on style example.

Cloudy, light yellow body; thick, creamy, sculpted head. Funky, bready aroma; a bit of old citrus pith. Powdered sugar and hop bitterness dominate the taste; biscuit malt flavor; low-key esters lurking in the background; mild phenols. Heavy body; smooth and velvety; some alcohol heat.
There is no dating info on the can, so the beer is what it is. Overall, it's pretty enjoyable. A fresher edition undoubtedly would increase the smell factor. Otherwise, the beer delivers some interesting and enjoyable flavors.

I liked this one. It had a nice hazy orange look with a nice fluffy head. The smell had some orange, mango, and passionfruit. There was also some pine in the smell. The taste followed the smell pretty well, fruit first then a little pine and bitterness with a slight burn. Very smooth mouthfeel. Very good beer.
