Curiosity got the cat. My wife bought this one, and I agreed, I had to know what this would be like. Murky orangey yellow with an off-white cap, want more haze for a milkshake. Smell indeed has pumpkin spice, with vanilla and so much sugar, not getting a lot of actually pumpkin. Taste is actually surprisingly hoppy, but the bitter hops do not artfully accent the adjuncts, sweetness is cloying, vanilla is potent, and the pumpkin spice is there but not as much as expected, pumpkin itself is lost in this sweet cesspool, a sugary mess. Feel is cloyingly sweet, not that creamy, and bright. Don't do it!

16oz can, fresh on the shelf this week. Opaque yellow-y colored ale with a frothy off-white head. Vegetal & spicy aroma but it's not in your face spicy. Milder flavors than expected, which is kind of nice given I am not a huge fan of pumpkin beers; notes of vegetal pumpkin, spice additions, vanilla, lactose, mild citric hops. Full creamy body, modest carbonation and bitterness. Not what I expected, and I like that the pumpkin and spice are both kept at bay with this one.
