Got in a BIF from FBarber. 16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 11/25/21. This was insane stuff. Pours murky ruby/purple smoothie color. Solid 1 finger pink/ruby fluffy head retention, minimal lacing, moderate streaming carbonation. Aromas and flavors of huge raspberry/blackberry jam, fruit skin/seeds, lemon, lime, red grape/wine, green apple, cinnamon, vanilla, wheat, toast, hay, straw, grass, light peppercorn/lacto funk. Moderate fruity/lactic tart/sourness and fruit tang on the finish. Medium-high carbonation and medium-full body; balanced creamy/silky wheat, lactic acid, and fruit tang/tannic mouthfeel. Fairly crisp/clean finishing with no pucker or cloying flavors. Refreshing and minimal warming 6.5%. This is pretty much the best fruit smoothie sour I've ever had. Monumental amounts of jammy fruit with perfect balance of lacto and dessert like cinnamon/crumbles flavors. Tastes 100% like the label claims.

For a beer that drinks like a dessert course, this is not your grandma's traditional Berliner Weisse. So grab a spoon, a straw and pour yourself a bowl of Energy City's blackberry and raspberry cobbler inspired sour ale.
Thick and muddy at its pour, Bistro Crumble Raspberry & Blackberry isn't the most appealing looking beer. As a clumping foam patiently pulls from the dense body underneath, the bubble carry a sandy and silten spice along the brim. Much more appetizing, its scent is a soothing collection of baking spices with bold stewed fruits and brisk tartness to capture that essence of berry cobbler quite pristinely. Sweet in its initial taste, the flavors kick off with a pastry and cereal focus with a starchy creaminess of sourdough and pie crust.
Underneath the persistent grain influence lies a tart and succinct sourness of green apple, lemon, lime, gooseberry and grape that create a clean lactic tartness to complement the berries quite well. Raspberry and blackberry take center stage with suggestions of blueberry, cranberry and black cherry in a deeply stewed, macerated and glazed form. Cinnamon, nutmeg, clove and allspice mingle on the finish for added balance to the creamy pastry character to give the beer's late taste a simmering warmth with tart wine and cider in tow.
Full bodied, creamy and smoothie-like, the beer's mouthfeel is creamy, rounded and starchy with sourdough and fruit puree for a medium-long linger of all-things-cobbler.

Day 11 of the 12 Beers of Christmas box from Iron and Glass. Interesting. Not very sour. Very fruity and a bit of tart sweetness. Thicker. Reminds me of a smoothie. Quite enjoyable with the flavors.

The name I show is Bistro Grande Raspberry and Blackberry Crumble.
Pours a deep purple, with little to no head or carbonation. Aroma is very blackberry with what I sense as vanilla and perhaps mild cinnamon. The taste is all blackberry, through and through, very sweet with a light sugary cinnamon aftertaste. There is mild tartness but this a smoothie and full of fruit. Highly enjoyable.

Ordered from Tavour, chilled, and poured into a hurricane glass.
Look: Deep purple/maroon color with a thick dark colored head that left pulp on the glass as it disappeared.
Smell: Sweet berries up front with a hint of cinnamon and brown sugar, but there is also this floral scent that I cannot describe.
Taste: Blackberry and raspberry up front, earthy notes of berry in the nose. The trailing end is an odd berry note that is buried under this floral taste that is sort of weird. The Berliner under lies the berry and comes through in the end with pie spices (I guess brown sugar) and trailing cinnamon. For an 8% beer it is a nice, smooth drinking beer.
Feel: medium body with a small tickle of carbonation that doesn’t hang out as it warmed. Not drying or syrupy.
We read the review on this from another couple and we do not completely disagree with their rating or flavor profile. We do not get “soapy” though, but the fruity pie flavors create a strange mixture we cannot quite get the difference between floral berries and the pie spice flavors. We like the beer, I would drink another but probably couldn’t sip on this all day.
Cheers everyone!

Magenta slushy body and foam, a bit messy looking. Blackberry pie and raspberry jam lead with slight lemon lingering. Tastes about the same, berries are not overly tart, somewhat sweet, some graham cracker and brown sugar in there too. Feel is light for the slushy-berliner style, but fruity and smooth. A fun foray into the style
