Make sure to swirl and turn the can upside down prior to pour.
Pours thick apricot yellow with a rapidly foaming head that vanishes quickly. Aroma is strongly apricot, maybe some peach thrown in there but apricot is the dominant smell. Taste is light, sweet, very apricot with a chaser of peach at the tail end. It is quite unique how the flavor transitions from apricot to peach. Cinnamon is muted, if present at all. Very refreshing. A Sunday kind of beer mimosa.

Sweet, and slightly tart, peachy-stonefruit, and a brown-sugary, cinnamon nose on this one! Taste follows with a tart, peach pie with nutmeg and cinnamon, smoothie like finish. I mean...this is pretty spot on...a little more apricot and cinnamon would have been fantastic IMO! Still tasty and if they added some vanilla here, this would taste like some peach pie with ice cream! Good!

When does sour ale suddenly become sweet? When Energy City is in charge of beer making. That's when. And they've turned the usual dry and sour Berlinerweiss into a pastry casserole with the generous addition of peach, apricot, cereal, spice and savory nuances to provide impressions of cobbler.
Their Peach & Apricot Crumble version of Bistro rises in the glass with a heavy translucence of burnt orange in a pastel finish. Its luscious creamy froth spills over with the perfume of freshly baked cobbler with hints of pie crust, stewed fruits, gentle fall spices and a nearly buttery, savory tone. Sweet, savory and laced with fruit glazes, the taste is equally as sweet with suggestions of heavy cream, brown sugar, cereal and honey at its core.
Fruitiness rises with the expected boldness of stewed peaches and apricots with a background of lemon, green apple, mango, orange and passionfruit in its underlying vinous sourness. Full flavored and luscious in taste, the beer's middle palate shows a shift toward tartness and spiciness as the fall spices are warming and pleasantly prickly as its tartness is brisk and cidery through the late palate.
Full bodied for sour ale, the beer sells is cobbler flavors well while departing clearly from the usual taste of sour ale. A medium length linger of pie spices and macerated stone fruits carry the tone into a medium-length afterglow.

Served from the can in a Lagunitas mason jar.
Pours a brackish mimosa topped by a finger or so of orange-tinged foam. The nose comprises white grape juice, black pepper, brown sugar, chicken stock (yup, you read that right: it took a few sniffs and a bit of bewildered staring in order for me to accept it myself), and a vague bit of peach rings in the back. The taste holds notes of cinnamon, graham cracker, thick apricot syrup or schnapps (tough call there), Midori, and a strange, indecipherable spice blend in the finish. The body is a light medium, with a light moderate carbonation and a fluid feel. What a trip this beer was, eh? I see where they were going, but I somehow couldn't follow exactly along. Strange, indeed.

Pour is a deep burnt orange - almost like dark carrot juice.
Zero head to speak of even with aggressive pour.
Nose is cinnamon, peach. A hint of wheat as it warms.
Taste is cinnamon upfront followed by a peach. Sweet, with no much sour going on.
Doesn’t taste bad...just taste like fruit juice. The juice and cinnamon totally overwhelm any ‘beer’ aspects.
