I had recently stated I was done with sours - well...this one was not so bad...

More smoothie than beer, think a mild but liquid sweet tart - The beer has nothing but a smoothie look in the pint glass. It looked like the mouthfeel felt - thick, creamy, and no head like a smoothie would not have. The smell was mostly banana and pineapple, and it was mouthwatering. Mouthfeel as previously mentioned was thick and creamy, though well carbonated, and full-bodied. The beer was a dessert beer's dessert beer - more sweet than tart - but here the sourness helped from keeping this being a true smoothie you would have at one of those smoothie places. Overall, it was delicious (and I graded it as such), but as far as being a "beer", it was frankly far from it.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ridiculous!

Pours a thick mango orange with an orange head that dissipates immediately. It smells like fish mangoes and oranges with hints of bananas underneath and just a touch of sourness. The state is mostly of slightly sour mango puree with hints of strawberry and banana. Its thicker than average and lightly carbonated and makes for a unique drinking experience. Overall a more than outstanding beer.

Sweet and tart mango, hint of strawberry, and whiff of banana nose on this one! Taste follows with a well-balanced, mango-banana, hint of strawberry swallow.The only fruit that didn't show up much was the strawberry...it's there but subdued. I mean...talk about a fruit smoothie...this is thick and viscous and soft and luscious! Ha! This is outstanding!
