With every decadent sip of this thick stout you can almost taste the mounds of shredded coconut held together with creamy condensed milk sugar and dipped in smooth chocolate.

From the bottom of the can: "EC STOUT 1248 BB 04/01/26"
Appearance: It's a black bodied beer with a medium-short fizzy light brown head. Despite the fizzing bubbles it lasts for a while. Good head formation for a beer that has "10% ALC/VOL" on the label. No lacing.
Aroma: Immediate coconut aroma with some hints of vanilla. It smells a lot like a Mounds bar and I haven't even gotten close to the glass. A closer inspection is more coconut. There is a bit of chocolate but it smells like a candied chocolate scent.
Taste: Big flavors of coconut which gets even stronger as the beer passes over the tongue. It has a very strong coconut lingering taste. There is a decent dark chocolate flavor as well. The back of the palate has a bit of bitter dark chocolate character which is a nice contrast to the sweeter tasting coconut.
Mouthfeel: It is full-bodied and it feels good on the palate. As previously mentioned this is 10% ABV and the beer does an excellent job of hiding it. It has a sticky consistency on the mouth after drinking which just accentuates the "dessert stout" feel this beer has.
Overall: Drinking this beer feels rewarding, like you're not being cheated out of the experience of enjoying a dessert stout. That is pretty rare these days. The beer Is full bodied and it feels great to drink. The can states that this is an "Imperial Stout with Cocoa, Coconut, Milk Sugar & Natural Flavors." It doesn't mention what those natural flavors are but the beer does have a clear coconut and chocolate taste. It seemed like there might have been a bit of vanilla in the aroma as well so it's possible that could be there? I really enjoyed the beer and I'd buy it again and I'd highly recommend it.
This is my first beer from this brewery and I'd be interested in trying more.

L: black stout with an almost non-existent head that disappears to nothing quickly
S: coconut, chocolate, vanilla, brown sugar
T: bold coconut, milk chocolate, vanilla, sweet lactose, mild roasted barley, brown sugar
F: creamy and smooth, full body, low carbonation, alcohol is concealed but sneaks up on you; cloyingly sweeeet finish
O: good flavors but far too sweet imo; needs more carbonation too
