Copenhagen 27/9 2021. 47,3 cl can from DinØl web-shop (dinol.dk). Can looks more like a Iced Coffee beverage than a beer.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a small beige head. Bubbly. Disappears more or less leaving what looks like a cup of coffee behind. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a sweet, sugary, pastry-like scent mingling with sugared coffee. Scent of Tiramisu is in the foreground. Cocoa, lactose and sweet coffee beverage
Light carbonation. Thick, oily, viscous, sticky, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sweetness followed by a moderately strong, sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sugary and lactic. Lingering into a sugar glazed piece of pastry.
So intense and sugary I hardly noticed the double digit ABV.

A: The beer is jet black in color. It poured with a half finger high off white head that died down but never completely faded away and left a lot of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of vanilla are present in the nose along with notes of cocoa and coffee.
T: The taste follows the smell and resembles tiramisu, with some additional sweetness from the milk sugar.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied, very airy, and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: The rather light and airy mouthfeel of this stout makes it very easy to drink compared to other beers in the style. It both smelled and tasted like tiramisu.
Serving type: can
