Copenhagen 21/1 2022. 47,3 cl can from Din Øl web-shop (dinol.dk). Banana yellow can with the name of the beer written on ribbons and surrounded by brown ornaments.
Pours opaque, dark brown with a small beige head. Stable. Settles as thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. No lacing.
Aroma is intense with a an odor of pure dessert heaven. Banana milkshake, vanilla ice cream, sugar in abundance. Lactose and chocolate. No signs of the considerable ABV.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, soft, smooth, viscous, creamy texture. Almost flat.
Flavor is intense with a heavy sweetness and practically no bitterness. Aftertaste is pure creamy banana. Lingering. Finish is sugary and a little sticky.
Solid sweet pastry beer with enough intensity to completely hide its considerable alcohol content.
