Nice pour with excellent aroma the coconut overpowers the pineapple a bit but the overall flavor is outstanding.

Pours a clouds medium yellow color, abundant fluffy white head. Delicious coconut aroma. Very sweet, tastes like pineapple juice with a large dollop of cream of coconut. Moderate carbonation. Overall a very tasty beer, too sweet to drink solo - definitely a sharing beer because it is so sweet, but delicious nonetheless.

A: Pours a thick murky bright golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright orange + pale orange + bright yellow + mango yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall creamy sudsy foamy white head that reduces to a large patch of mottled thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Moderate to strong aromas of sweet coconut + overripe pineapple over light to moderate aromas of slightly sour wheat malts with slightly stronger than moderate amounts of lactose sweetness and a light amount of lemon citrus lacto. Light aromas of vanilla.

T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with slightly stronger than moderate amounts of lactose sweetness and a light amount of lemon citrus lacto. That is followed by light flavors of vanilla. Finally there are moderate to strong flavors of sweet coconut + sweet overripe pineapple.

M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Moderate amounts of thick smoothie-like puréed fruit and a moderate amount of acidic prickliness.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and that smoothie-like mouthfeel. Enjoyable and sweet, definitely more of a dessert beer for me - I enjoy coconut cream pie and I think I would really like it with pineapple so this worked for me and filled in for an after dinner dessert.

Rolled / swirled the can to make sure all the goodness that may have settled in the can is mixed in.

Pours a cloudy yellow, slightly orange with small lacing.

Nose is mostly coconut with a touch of vanilla or Graham crackers, somehow? Not too much pineapple

Taste is a great mix of sweetness and sour. More toward the sweet side.

Mouthfeel is thick without feeling like a fruit smoothie or chunky.

A very good beer
